It starts with a free evaluation of their claim.

I will discuss their claim by phone. I will coach them on possible next steps.

If they are ready, I will gather their information for
evaluation by technicians within Metro Public Adjustment.

​

I will return to your customer in 1 to 3 days with a “go” or “no go” decision.

​

If it is a go, the customer decides whether to hire Metro Public Adjustment or not.

There is no cost to the customer, unless we recover money for them.

We are paid when they are paid.
