I Am Here to Help You.
When a homeowner experiences damage to their property, they are told “No problem! Just call your insurance company and they will handle it.” Unfortunately, that is not always the case. In fact, up to 70% of homeowners have a bad experience when filing a claim. They need help.
This is where I come in. My great passion is helping people who are treated unfairly by their insurance company. I am an advocate for the homeowner when they are faced with unreasonable delays, offered a low settlement offer, or even have their claim denied.
I am committed to engaging the homeowner in an honest, truthful and expert discussion of their claim. I put a very high priority on responding promptly to all calls and paperwork related to their claim. I know people are extremely busy, so I want my behavior to reflect a respect for their time.
Regarding credentials, to receive a state public adjuster license, I must undergo rigorous training in the state’s insurance law, and pass the state’s administered exam. I am required to take state continuing education courses annually to keep current on changing claim techniques and insurance policies.
My educational and work experience includes a B.S. Economics from Pennsylvania State University. I have over 40 years experience in commercial sales and marketing, and public insurance adjusting.
